Who we are
Inkslip is made by Benjamín González ("we"). This policy explains what happens with your data when you use the Inkslip iOS app.
Your documents stay on your iPhone
Quotes, work orders, sales notes, receipts, delivery notes, settlements, clients, prices, private costs, photos and your logo are stored only on your device. Inkslip has no account and no server of its own for your data. We cannot see, read or recover them. If you delete the app, they are deleted. You can export everything (CSV and a JSON backup) at any time, free.
Sharing is your choice
When you send a document, iOS's share sheet or WhatsApp sends the file or text you chose to the person you chose. Inkslip does not keep a copy anywhere else.
Purchases (RevenueCat)
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from the App Store. It does not receive your documents, your name or your email. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Anonymous product analytics
To understand which steps of the app work (for example "a document was created", "a document was shared", "the paywall was viewed"), Inkslip sends anonymous usage events to our own analytics database: the event name, short technical labels (such as the document type or the share channel), a random install identifier, the app version and language. They contain no names, amounts, client data, document contents or contact details, and they are not linked to your identity or used for advertising or tracking.
Notifications
If you turn on collection reminders, Inkslip schedules local notifications on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server.
Camera and photos
Used only when you add a photo to a work order or your logo. The images are copied into the app's private storage on your device.
Ads and tracking
There are no ads, no cross-app tracking, and no data is sold or shared.
Children
Inkslip is a business tool and not directed to children.
