License agreement
These terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
What Inkslip is
A tool to create quotes, work orders, sales notes, receipts, delivery notes and consignment settlements, and to keep track of payments. Inkslip is not tax software and does not issue electronic tax invoices (CFDI, DTE, factura electrónica or similar). You are responsible for any tax obligations of your business and for the content of your documents.
Your data
Your documents live on your device. Keep backups with the free export; we cannot recover data from a lost or reset device.
Inkslip Pro (auto-renewable subscription)
An optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks unlimited documents, your logo and brand color on PDFs without the "Made with Inkslip" footer, extra designs, client history and document duplication. The annual plan may include a free trial. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Free plan
5 new documents per calendar month; converting a document into the next one in its chain does not count. Export is always free.
No warranty
Inkslip is provided "as is". Calculations (prices, margins, balances, settlements) are tools to help you; check your documents before sending them.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date.
